500g of chicken
4 teaspoons of vegetable oil
3-4 tomatoes
8-10 green chillies (chopped)
Coriander (to garnish)
Ginger powder to taste
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon garam masala
Black Pepper to taste
Fry the chillies in oil. After two minutes add the boneless chicken. Cook until golden brown. Add tomatoes, salt, black pepper , garam masala and simmer .
Garnish with coriander.
