Roast the bell peppers in an air fryer for 10 minutes or till they become a bit charred from outside. Then keep them covered for at least half an hour and then peel the black skin out . Cut the peppers in pieces.
Keep the water of the chickpeas aside if you need to adjust the consistency. Put all the ingredients together and blend. The paste should not be too runny nor too thick.
Take it out in a serving bowl . Sprinkle sumac , drizzle olive oil and put circles of olives on tip , although I just blended them up all together.
Enjoy in portion because its not a diet it’s a lifestyle change !
