35g of wheat flour
35g of sugar
35g of ghee
1 apple
1 glass of water
1 tablespoon of almonds
1 tablespoon cashews
1 tablespoon raisins
Blend apple sugar and water together. Heat ghee in a pan and roast wheat flour in it until it turns light brown and the ghee starts separating . Add chopped nuts and raisins. Then gradually mix the blended apple ,sugar and water. Keep stirring on low flame to avoid forming lumps. Garnish with nuts.
Enjoy in portion because its not a diet it’s a lifestyle change !

Portions:

Unlimited Vegetables
120 g of tofu
2 tablespoons of soya sauce
2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon of red chili flakes
A pinch of ginger garlic paste
4-5 florets of cauliflower
7-8 florets of broccoli
2 tablespoons of soya sauce
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
4-5 green green chillies (chopped)
Chop tofu into bite size pieces and marinate it with soya sauce, hoisin sauce, red chilli flakes ginger garlic paste for 30 minutes.
Heat up wok with oil on a medium heat, add tofu, green chilies, broccoli, cauliflower and beans. Add soya sauce and sesame oil and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Enjoy in portion because its not a diet it’s a lifestyle change !
