1 Portion of Dairy
25g raw rice OR 80 g cooked rice
200ml low fat milk
2-3 Ilachi (green cardamon)
Tablespoon nut (almond/pistachios)
2 teaspoons of sugar
Cook milk , sugar , ilaichi together . Add boiled rice. Cook till thick .
Enjoy in portion because its not a diet it’s a lifestyle change !
