My weight is 62 as i am on pc and lost weight through pc..allhamdullilah…
I will start taking this i.a may allah pak ease for me.as it happens during tbe body shevring..

I am trying to do portion control every day as it works for me.but you will understand when I say this that when you don’t see results you feel demotivated. But I will soon start exercise.

Hi fareeha. As you know with HRT one have to be careful about heart. And I think you know that as well it’s going to be a bumpy ride with this amalgam of hormones 😭.

My brain stops working like weakness feel hoti hai shadeed or usk baad agar main kuch khaaa loun bhook khatam nahin hoti beshak pprtion say ziyada khaaaoun bt feel nahin hota k m eating anything or hungry feel hota rehta hai n phir gastric problem start ho jata hai n it lasts for hours next morning main behtar hoti houn
