Thnx dear for detailed answer…it’s ambreen here…my husband didn’t do any exercise..just pc with sugar n oil control.or carb portion k baray main ya poochna chah rahi thi k agr hum 2por carbs aik sath lainay ki jugga aik time main sirf aik portion lain tu ya kya weight loss ko speed up Kray ga kya?or PC say weight loss ki average kya hay within a month?thnx🙂
your husband needs to start exercise. even if you take one carb or two doesn’t matter as long as you stay in your allowance. And portion control varies, it can be 2-4 kg a month… or even less. depends on the person , activity Level and several factors 🙂
