One of the most important thing to start healthy eating  and lose weight is to master the  art of mindful eating . This is just one example. As we go along we will slowly learn more and more how to do mindful eating.

    main nhi kha sakty itnay duration per i knew this theory but its not applicable in practical world and moreover khatay samay gadgets to nhi lekin mind me kuch chal rha hota hai or sab life ka not that ki itni bar chabana hai
    we all do it 2 to 3 days but naturally we eat in non stress manner as individual likes acc to his her convenience.

    M eating in portions my gastric oisues has been resolved bt sometime stil i feel bloated i guess this z because m alwwys in hurry eating sometime standing in kitchen or nt giving attention to meal …i wil try this i hope my issue wil get fix☺😍thsnks for demo💖

    Oh my my. What a great concept. Ofcourse we mommies just rush thru everything but literally i was thinkin i shud enjoy my food and give it time and eat slow. And here comes ur video telling me to do it. I will try to slow down and give myself more time to enjoy my food. Thanx 😘

    great knowledge ma’am👌👌 maine kabhi time note ni kiya but ab karoongi. haa mai jb khana khati hoon to bilkul relax hokr akele baith kr khati hoon. mujhe pasand hai akele khana. czzz hubby ya bachchon k sath khau to wo sb mujhe pressurised krtye hain ye bhi khao wo bhi khao. means… ek jalebi se kya hota hai ,1tbs rabdi to gle ko touch bhi ni hoti, 1 gulab jamun kyu khaya. to mujhe irritation hoti hai. mujhe akele khana hi pasand hai.🙂
