125 -200 g of low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon ketchup (or as much as you like or prefer)
2 spring onions (finely chopped)
OR any veg of your choice
5 tablespoons of boiled kidney beans
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Optional: Chaat masala and red chilli powder
Coriander to garnish
Add all the above ingredients together in a dish and enjoy because its not a diet it’s a lifestyle change !
