12 tablespoon gram flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chilli
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon zeera powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 small onions (finely chopped)
3-4 green chillies (finely chopped)
Water 100-150ml
Oil to grease the paper case
Mix all the ingredients to make a thick paste . Add in chopped onions and green chillies. Brush oil on paper cases and fill in the cases with the paste. Bake at 180’C for 40-45minutes .
Enjoy 3 pakoras as part of your protein portion because its not a diet it’s a lifestyle change !
