This recipe includes all 3 food groups and it is a very nutritious meal, with minimum amount of oil.

Lots of vegetables
60-90 g of chicken
25 g raw whole grain pasta (cooked 80 g)
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
A handful of cabbage
1 carrot (chopped)
1-2 spring onion (chopped)
1/4 green pepper (chopped)
Soya sauce to taste
Ginger fresh/paste to taste (1/2 Teaspoon)
2-3 green chillies (chopped)
Red chilli powder to taste
Splash of Vinegar (white vinegar or rice vinegar)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fry all the above vegetables in ½ a teaspoon of oil and add salt, pepper, soya sauce and vinegar.
In a separate wok, fry chicken with ginger and green chillies in half a teaspoon of oil. Add salt, pepper, red chillies and soya sauce. Cook till chicken is tender.
Mix the above with your boiled pasta.
If your family doesn’t like brown pasta, you can make it in large amounts and before mixing it up for your family in white pasta, mix some of the vegetables and chicken in brown pasta as part of your portion, as shown in the video.
