Yes mam i use preservative food occasionally i always try to eat fresh food but sometimes in this fast and busy life we hv to eat canned or tinned food as a oblige task.
In mango pickle salt nd oil works as preservative and sometym for long keeping we hv to put sodium bezoite for long run.
Yes ascorbic acid is vit c to maintain color of food products

Wow thnx ma’am mein preserved food nhi khati but apni hectic routine ki waja say soch rahi thi persevered food khanay ka but ab bht ziada ahtayat k sath kuch b aisa khaon gy. Thnx alot 😘😘😘
