I am Fareeha Jay, a registered Dietitian. I have a passion and desire to spread knowledge and awareness about healthy eating and lifestyle. The information I provide is based on scientific evidence but explained in a very non-scientific way. I want to break the myths around diet and food. I never want to give diet plans rather I want to empower people on their food and lifestyle choices, so that people can make their own diet plans for the rest of their lives.

Alright mam yes i m fine with all ur blessings 🙂🙂actually i know i m here from a long time span and i should understand the theory but my journey is little tough than others as every body has own science to deal same situation and i was a bit confuse i knew calorie deficit is main part but actually being touch with so many dietitions and read books based on weight loss by dietition.They told about different theories for loosing beside calorie deficit. Based on food groups and its portions some said have more protein cut down or consume very little this group that group.Prohibit this veg eat this not that. U said u can adjust the timing acc to ur convenience but they said u have to eat every 1 to 2 hour. This will affect weight loss coz body has its own gym which should not close so you have to eat small portion every 1 to 2 hour
Dont eat meals together. So now mam i have understand my bodies nature as every body is different now i have divided my portion into 8 to 10 parts a day just wanna seek knowledge from you acc to u cutting down a particular food group and increasing another will affect weight loss or not.

Fareeha same thing abt nails goes for white marks on faces my youngest son has these white marks on his cheeks he doesnt like milk so i always think k yeah bhi calcium deficiency say hain
