Omg I’m learning soooo much more from ur answers to other ppls questions! The amount of carbs for men? Really? Wow! Also being able to skip carbs in one meal as long as we eat enough during the day! I was actually doing that before and it worked for me but I stopped thinking it was wrong! And the metabolism info is great too! Love u Fareeha 😘

Thanks a lot for your reply. I know about carbs portion for men but what about other groups like proteins etc. I m dragging my husband towards this routine and trying to follow by myself. Thanks again.
